We understand your time is valuable, as is ours! Since we realize this, we
provide each guest with a reminder 4 days before their appointment and a
confirmation text or call 48 hours in advance.
To reserve your appointment, a valid credit card is required for all online
bookings.
We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours
in advance. Appointments needing to be canceled within the 24-hour
window must be done by calling the salon directly.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled
service(s). - Missed appointments or failure to notify the salon will result in a
charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s).
This policy allows us to respect our team’s time and accommodate other
