We understand your time is valuable, as is ours! Since we realize this, we provide each guest with a reminder 4 days before their appointment and a confirmation text or call 48 hours in advance.
We kindly ask our guests to provide a 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or change your appointment. We realize that “real life” can change our plans in an instant, and we always allow our guests the opportunity to reschedule.
In the event of a cancellation with less than a 24-hour notice or missed appointment, our policy states:
1st cancellation within 24 hours or missed appointment:
- Client will be reminded of our cancellation policy.
- We will require a credit card to be held securely on file to schedule future appointments.
2nd cancellation within 24 hours or missed appointment:
- Appointments canceled within the 24-hour window will be charged a fee of 25% of the scheduled service(s).
- In the unfortunate event a guest misses their appointment with failure to notify the salon, they will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
